Spreading Goodness to the Caregivers That Make Spread Goodness Day Every Day

Brookridge Heights Memory Care & Assisted Living show goodness every day in the care provided to their retirement community. The staff goes above and beyond daily for the safety and quality life of their residents. 

For Spread Goodness Day 2019, leadership decided to spread extra goodness to their team by holding an employee appreciation day for their dedicated caregivers, dietary staff, activities professionals, and housekeepers. The day was filled with tasty treats, surprise giveaways and warm, fuzzy genuine appreciation for a job well done.

They started with an employee appreciation breakfast featuring made-to-order omelets and waffles.  (Dinner staff was treated to a taco bar later) Families of residents, community leadership and supporters wrote sweet thank you notes to the staff for all that they do, and posted them throughout the halls. Surprise goodie baskets for employees were spread throughout the building and lotto tickets were handed out randomly! Everywhere you turned there was a smile and that tell-tale positivity of goodness being spread.

These folks know goodness, inside and out. Whether they are caring for their residents, supporting their community or taking care of their hard-working staff, thank you, Brookridge Heights, for the fantastic care, goodness and tireless dedication.
