What is Spread Goodness Day? Founded in 2017, the purpose of Spread Goodness Day is to inspire individuals, schools, and organizations to spread goodness together in their communities and on a global scale. To celebrate goodness together and show the absolute proof we can change the world in just one day.
Why Spread Goodness Day? While every day is a good day to spread goodness, by celebrating together our individual efforts, multiplied by hundreds, thousands, even millions, have the power to change the world in unexpected ways. Did you know that performing acts of kindness, or even just witnessing kindness, creates oxytocin, endorphins, serotonin, and dopamine. You can provide literal healing, happiness, and love to everyone around you, We’re not just changing the world together, we are healing it!
How you can join the movement:
☀️Participate: Engage in acts of spreading goodness on March 13th, 2026. Volunteer, buy a coffee, donate a car, surprise someone with flowers, host an event. Anything good, goes!
☀️Wear & decorate with sunny colors to spread extra goodness & sunshiney energy. (Don’t forget your shades for the bright future!)
